It is not a hotel, it is home. The people there treat you like you are one of the family or owner of the room. From the entry olivier will welcome you and give all the support you need. Then the front desk will finalize all your paper and you will enjoy the room. Room size is very big and it is very clean and comfortable. Then you go to the restaurant, the chef Francisco is fabulous he will treat you like a king. The spa is deferent story, it is very big and you have multiple choices of steam room and sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi. Then hotel shuttle is also amazing they have Aston martin available to droop you to locations near the hotel. Thanks for everyone who was part of welcoming us and making our trip so enjoyable (Edgar, olivier, lara)

Polite, incredibly kind and thoughtful and thoroughly charming - they are always going out of their way to surprise you with beautiful gestures that make your stay all the more comfortable. The food in the restaurant is also of a very high standard and I’m a spa lover and love the spa facilities here. Coming here always feels like coming home and I am always sad to leave. I have an electric car and appreciate the hotel having extensive fast charging facilities in their underground car park.

They were kind enough to upgrade my wife and I to one of the best rooms at the property! The service was so personal that it honestly felt like home. If ever I visit Gstaad again - there is no doubt about where I'll stay I cannot stress enough as to how comfortable and amazing our stay was!
